Axe-Edit: From settings have a "View Notes" clickable. If there are notes for a preset then popup a new window that display's notes for a preset.
These notes could be used for the preset; or, if the preset is for a song then the user could edit the notes for song name, artist, key, lyrics, chord progression, etc. It could start out as simple text but then could eventually migrate to RTF text for bold, colors. fonts, etc.
Press the MFC for a new preset and if a note file exists for the preset then replace the current notes window with the new notes otherwise close the window down.
Down the road, like the Apple app: OnSong, you can have a song length in seconds stored and the notes would scroll as the song progresses. A midi event could trigger the start of scrolling.
Just an idea that I bet has been mentioned before that would be really cool!
