Wish MIDI commands while leaving a preset

Currently entering a scene MIDI block can sends PC/CC commands,
I wish I could additionally send commands when leaving a preset/scene to any other scene or preset.

Useful to activate and also deactivate an external device or choose and reset an external preset,
regardless which new scene is choosen.
