MIDI Clock triggers sysex command

I noticed I was getting plops when using the tap tempo on my Gordius.
It sends a Midi Clock command.
The Axe-Fx sends the following sysex :
F0 00 01 74 03 21 27 F7
I notice in the cab block the Mic L and Cab R knobs switching back and forth.
Very strange.

You could capture the gordius' midi string, to see what it does. It could be sending sysexes too, so you could try to turn that off?

It sends a MIDI CLOCK signal which is a standard Midi command, nothing else.
It's been working fine until the latest firmware upgrades.
I've tried with replacing the MIDI Clock command with sending a CC-command on CC#14 (tap tempo) on each beat but that only made it worse.

Before 9.01 the axe did not pass MIDI clock out the thru port. I don't know your cable scheme, but if you have both MIDI in and out connected you will get a MIDI loop happening now when you send MTC out the gordius. In other words, when your pedal sends out the clock message it is also recieving it's own message. Axe does not send it's own clock message, it only passes it thru. Try turning off the MIDI thru in the I/O>MIDI section.

Midi Thru is turned off.
The strange thing is, the sysex only gets send a couple of times(2-4), then stops.
Sometimes it keeps on going for a longer period before it stops.
