MFC MKI skipping presets?

Hey all- this just started happening. I've reset to factory default twice, tested both with the expansion port and midi, no luck. Tuner, tap, and IA switches work fine. Preset bank of 5.

When I tap on preset 1, it instantly jumps to 2- video below.

Any suggestions?

 
That's weird. I wonder if it's cause by a mismatch in the display offsets for both the AXE and MFC. I'd check both.

That's what I first through and I've verified they're both on 1. I've also reset it and changed it back to 1, still happening.
 
What model and firmware versions of AXE and MFC do you have? I'm assuming you reset to factory defaults the MFC. Did you reset system parameters on the AXE as well? Also, did you double check the MFC Axe Mode setting (II, XL, XL+, etc).

I would think if you reset the MFC, there shouldn't be any odd-ball MIDI settings that are at work here.
 
The MFC is on 3.08 and the axe fx is on Q3. I've went through everything that would be out of the box settings.
