MFC mk3 faulty

Hi all, hope someone can help.

When I power-up the MFC I get random words or letters on the display, random LEDs lighting and flashing....

It does not function at all!

I have tried via Faslink and the supplied power adaptor with MIDI, still the same. I have also tried holding down 11 whist powering up and it's still the same. I cannot interrogated the unit at all.

It has done this once before but cleared itself when it was power-cycled, that doesn't work this time.

It's very disappointing considering the price of the thing!

Have you tried a factory reset of the MFC? See: Resetting the Axe-Fx and MFC-101 - Powered by Kayako Help Desk Software

If that doesn't help, open a ticket with G66's support center -- they provide EU support for Fractal products.

Thank you. I have tried this but the MFC is totally unresponsive! Should have stuck with my GCP. I have to carry it around with me as a spare which is disgraceful to have to do for such an expensive device.

True. Frustrating though, with a gig to play and no MFC.
