Hi:
I have had the MFC -101 MkIII for 14 months. Turned on my system last night to check out my new birthday axe (EBMM Steve Morse Dark Lord) and immediately saw an error14 on the MFC. Have never had a problem with it before and always updated the unit with my UNO midi adapter. I could not get it to work this time - different fractal bot speed settings, usb connection methods, AXE FX as USB, etc. It gets to about 40% or so on the update and then quits to error 10 screen. Does not matter what version of MFC I try and use. Everything is unplugged from the MFC and power is provided by MFC power supply. I put a ticket in last night but have not been contacted yet.
Looking for guidance in the interim that may help me out.
