Mesa Boogie V-Twin Drive/Distortion pedal. It's quite a unique design and sound and I think it would be a really cool addition to the distortion pedal section.
 
Good call! The V-Twin was fantastic. It was my main recording preamp until I got the Triaxis (with the Fat Mod on Lead 1 Red). Both channels sound amazing. I wish I hadn't sold it.

FWIW, my setup, style, and technique yielded a better result than this vid. He's flubbing it out with too much bass and gain. Mine allowed my low notes to have lots of texture and harmonics, while the high notes were thick and meaty. I absolutely loved it.
