Managing CAB IR files (WAV)

I want to make sure I'm not deleting something I need.....

Do I need to hang on to all of the WAV files that come with an IR purchase?

If you're only using the IR's (.syx) with the Axe FX then no. But if you can then I would recommend moving the .wav to an external drive or something if you're not using them, you never know when you need them. Also some companies have a limited number of times that you can download a specific IR pack from them. Better safe than sorry

I would hang onto the 48kHz versions because if you ever get into mixing them this makes it easier for the 3rd party applications out there and when you convert them to AxeFXII format they are already at the right sample rate.
