Major Issue When Updating

I just upgraded to 12.2 and my Axe screen went blank during the update. I have never had a problem updating. My axe is now bricked, when I turn it on the screen is blank and all the lights are maxed full on. Can someone please help. I tried restarting with the USB unplugged and it did not help.

Try holding down the recall button at startup. Mine died after a firmware update one & this fixed it although I had to do it twice to get it back.

I want to commend Fractal on it's support. My Axe got bricked on Wed night and here it is Sat and my new EEPROM came in the mail. Installed and all is good.

You're welcome Jerry. I would not use a patch panel USB through for firmware updates by the way. Connect directly to the Axe-Fx ;-)
