Lot of NOT corresponding parameter-names between AxeFx and Axe-Edit

I wrote it a lot of times, but no one in the FAS team seems to be interested in that.

There are some differences in the naming of parameters between the AxeFx and the editor.
Also Preamp Comp ist called CF Comp on the Pre Dyn and Adv pages of the AxeFx.

Actually the Cathode SQUISH parameter name is still in the editor 3.5.0.

It must be very hard, to make the terms consistent ...
That sucks soooo much!

So first, are you on the latest Axe Edit version?

Second, have you updated the block and parameters list?
 
Not that the parameter names bother me because I don't use the screen on the axe to program, but he is right the cathode squish is still named cathode squish in 3.5, even after updating definitions.

Hi Alexander;
It's not a reason to argue ;-)

My comment is addressed only to FAS!
Also I think of the people, who aren't experienced in all that technical stuff
and the parameters and their meaning.
For them, it could be helpful, to have parameters in different places, that have
congruent names.
Otherwise it can be, that i.e. someone changes Amp / Pre Dyn / Preamp Comp in the AxeFx
and doesn't see, that he also has changed Amp / Adv / CF Comp.
And there are some more differences.
Also between Edit and the Axe.

But it's OK.
There are so much more important problems, that I don't talk about that anymore.
Sorry for asking again for a correction.
