Loop levels switchable to instrument level

It would be possible to optimize the outputs of fx loop to instruments levels to use with real amps/preamps???

There is an Output 2 level knob on the front to let you turn the level down to instrument level and and Input 2 level knob to let you turn it up from instrument level. What else would you want?

I refer to the output impedance, produces a hissing to be line output and not an instrument output...
can be a harware problem??...is not a ground loop problem is a Hissing thing.
Any line to intruments level converter for this??

Using the loop with a guitar preamp worked fine for me. Gain saturation on the external preamp was the same as if I'd plugged directly into the preamp.
So I can only assume that the loop output level is laready matched with instrument level inputs on other gear.
