So do I . And I did not had to sell my II. But I also like you having the KPA.

I will keep my Ultra, i have good tone with it and i can make good record with ribbon mic.
Selling the Axe II allows me to save money, even if i have lost a few thousands euros.
I will try the KPA but first i want to sell a guitar. I have to much gears and i try to manage my stuff in a more wise attitude.
I could sell amps but if the KPA works fine, i will have nothing to profile. So first i will sell a guitar, buy a KPA and probably sell my Master PA after. Someone has already an option on my Twin reverb...it should be sold in july.
So soon i should have the KPA and a packet of money for new GAS. :lol

(i'm waiting for the Peavey autotune guitar in july)

Be careful. When my II was on the way I also checked the kpa....now I'm stuck with both. Had a plan similar to yours, but once I had the kpa I couldn't give it away anymore. Same for the II, awesome piece of gear. I even couldn't sell my best amps. Profiled them, now planing to tonematch them. Sold other stuff, but can't even think about getting rid of one of the two digitals. Gas is never ending...
