Saw it in a new firmware video Chris posted months ago.
Never accessed the parameter.
It is to turn an effect on or off regardless of it's status (sort of).
Normally with my MC6 when I use a toggle for an effect, often I need to hit the switch twice for it to engage.
With this setting on the effect will turn on every time.
