I came from the AX8, so a different experience - but for me the big differences are (and they are absolutely worth it):
1. Reverbs
2. Near Limitless CPU - I've run two guitars with effects, not even breaking a sweat
3. The CAB block is significantly better for me, I don't often run multiple IRs - but now spend just as long as this block as in the amp block, it's incredible the differences you can make there
4. The UI - it's really amazing, I have (and would do so again) made significant changes/new patches very quickly and easily with just the unit - that's a revelation over the over the other products.
5. The midi control, I was very worried about no FC available - but with a Midi Mouse and a MC6 I have complete control - really easy to do too, I'll likely still get a FCx - but I'm not sure and it will be a luxury purchase
