LINE 6 WIRELESS QUESTION/HUMBUSTERS

I'm assuming I put the wireless thru the instrument pre where I normally would run my instrument cord? I am going to run 4 cable method with two expression pedals and the line 6 wireless. Where in those 6 chords does the humbusters need to be used, just the out post to the fx loop of my atma?
 
For the best results, you'll want.to use humbusters on all of the FX8 outputs.
