Long title is long indeed.
I've been on this board for many years now and during those years both my playing style, my ears and my tones have changed. I started out chugging away with dimebag but now five years later me and my band Morild (DK) have released our first EP "VI" which is far out in the forest and much deeper into the blue waters.
VI is recorded with some gnarly fuzzy & heavy guitars. I remember i tweaked an engl savage savagely and put a fuzz before and after the amp block. I love experimenting and basically those guitars turned out great in the mix. The guitars are tuned in C# standard. Of course because of the axe I am able to switch between all the sounds on the recording live and effortlessly shift between scenes while looping on the MFC.
