I remember reading about a trick here to make the MFC's LEDs light up "correctly" when certain switches were used for controlling external hardware.
The basic idea was that these switches (in my case, controlling an external looper) could also be assigned to filter blocks that are completely out of your signal chain, but on the grid.
I've got my MIDI programmed right, but when I assign those switches to the filter blocks, they stop sending the messages entirely.
My looper only receives on MIDI ch4 (looper specific switches set to send on ch4 too), and the AxeFx & MFC are set to ch1.
Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks guys!
