Leaving the XA-1 plugged in

Hey guys. I recently purchased and received an MFC-101, and noticed while reading the manual that FAS is pretty adamant about not connecting/disconnecting either the Axe-FX or MFC to one another while the Axe-FX is operating due to potential hardware damage. As I have a Mark II, I also decided to purchase an XA-1 adapter so I can use XLR cables; I'm planning to mount it inside my rack case and have it permanently connected to the Axe-FX with a short ethercon cable so that I only need to hook up the MFC to the adapter when I'm gigging.

Is it safe to leave the adapter hooked up to the Axe-FX like this if the MFC isn't also connected? Only wondering about this because of all the warnings about connecting/disconnecting in the manuals, it seemed like it could be like running a power amp without a load/cabinet.

Should be fine. Just connect the MFC/XLR to it before firing up.

Ive had mine velcroed and connected in my rack for over a year now with no issues..
