Late night mesmerizing

A lot of Axe-Fx users have moved to the AX8. I get it. It's portable etc.

But for some things the Axe-Fx still rules. The enclosed preset (XL), single scene, which you hear in the clip, is my late night noodling sound. A little swirly and dreamy. Don't get seasick. Not impossible to get close with the AX8 but much easier on the Axe-Fx (CPU: > 80%).

Pedal 1 controls shimmer, pedal 2 puts the reverb in "hold".

Nice..I see you used factory cab 132. Is that the same as 132 in the axfx2?... and is that the one you use FOH typically?

Yes, always.

It’s an (unknown) mix of the "4x12 TV" IRs in Cab Pack 14. Some of the M160 IRs in that pack sound similar.

I did a shootout of cabs with G12M and G12H speakers a while ago and this one came out as the one I like best, for clean as well as dirty tones. Smooth top end, enough attack, not scooped.
