Laptop on top of Axe-Fx II - ok?

I have always wondered how safe it is to have certain electronic components close/near/on top of each other.

Thoughts? OK to have a laptop on top of the Axe-Fx II? Any worries about HD data loss, or issues with the Axe-Fx?

Let's assume that heat/cooling isn't an issue, but feel free to discuss anyway...
 
Noise is the biggest issue I experience whenever my computer is close to the Axe II (USB plugged in).

Don't know about safety.
 
I have been using one of these with both my Ultra and now my II for the past four years without any issues whatsoever.
 
Unless you're in a super huge magnetic or electrical (electrostatic) field it'll be fine. Now noise from the computer is a different story.
