Issue with output 1 sound quality

I recently updated my firmware from 5.0.3. I posted about it here. I play mono to both L/R on Outputs 1 and 2. I run a signal with no Cab block to Output 2 Left which runs to my Orange Pedal Baby/PPC412 on stage behind me. I also run a signal with a Cab block to Output 1 Left channel which runs to a Headrush FRFR12 in front of me. Front of house typically taps into Output 1 Right channel which is just the Output 1 Left channel duplicated. While my Output 2 going to the Orange Pedal Baby sounds GREAT. Anytime I listen to my Output 1 signal, Left or Right channel, it sounds like there's a quick digital delay/chorus/underwater effect happening. It almost sounds at times like there's a pitch block on it as well, and there's not. Before I came here, I did the following to try to fix it:
  1. Tried different XLR and instrument cables.
  2. Tested both L and R Output 1 channels with different sets of cables.
  3. Tested it going to the Headrush FRFR12, going to Headphones through the Headphone jack, and straight to my computer's input. All had the same result.
  4. Created a different preset with only the following blocks: Input, Amp, Cab, Out 1, and Out 2. I received the same results and attached it to the bottom.
  5. Under system utilities, I reset all my system parameters/global settings back to default. Still no change.
I've attached the preset I'm using to test it, pictures of my I/O settings, and a sound clip. I apologize for the terrible playing, but the techniques (bends, palm muting, and string scratches) I'm doing in the sound clip really accent the offending sound. My output 1 DID NOT sound like this before back on v.5.0.3. I'm a little worried where to go from here. I appreciate any help/insight you can provide.
