Sorry for the novice query, but is this normal :



I have got nothing connected to the axe III mk2 Turbo, except an FRFR Cab which is shut down and a wireless guitar receiver which is also turned off.

Kindly advise.

Check the front panel and page right on the Home screen to the Meters screen. Do you see signal on USB Outputs 1 and 2?

No.

Probably just a Windows visual glitch. Doesn't look like the Axe III is actually sending any signal.
