Is there a converter to convert XL presets to II ?

As i recall there is a converter that allows Axe-FX II owners to load presets made on/for 'XL' versions, but i can't find a link anywhere, and i know there is more than one lurking out there now.
Anyone know where to find this converter(s), or am i mistaken? :)
