To use Axe FX2 presets on the FX8?

I've never owned an Axe FX but am about to get the FX8 and this is all a bit new to me.

From what I can see there are limited user demos of the FX8 online however there are hundreds of demos with the AxeFX, my question is can you download the presets for those (where people have shared them), strip out the amp and cab modelling and use it in the FX8?

You can use .BLK files from axe fx and use them in FX-8 edit. I have block configs for many delays and pitches from axe fx.

Yes it was primarily for big sounding delays and reverb type sounds that I had in mind. There are some great ones on YouTube which if I could recreate on the FX8 would mean that I could sell my H9
 
I would keep your H9. I kept my Eventide Space due to high quality reverbs eating CPU on the device. Just jam it on the fx return after the fx8, control it with midi.
