AFIII Iron Maiden - Rime of the Ancient Mariner

Just finished this one. What do you guys think?

Used Dave's and Adrian's gear around Powerslave era and then tone matched to isolated tracks without cabs. Some compression and final minor EQ touches added during mixing.

Used Gibson ES335 for Adrian's parts, and a Suhr Standard for Dave's parts.

When you say separate tracks, do you mean the backing tracks? Or the 2 guitars I recorded and mixed?

Yes, sorry I did not specify well, I was referring to backing tracks - they sounds like originals - and guitars on top are really good, thanks

Backing tracks are easy to find online. Google the name of the song “backing track with vocals”. If you find original stems, it’s even better, you can re-mix individual instruments.

As far as guitars are concerned, what you hear in my recording is 100% axe fx.
