IR CAPTURE not working??

I've used the IR CAP a ton of times and now today I cant get it to work. I can't get the axe to send out a test tone at all. Any settings I might have accidently screwed up? Like I said, I have used the IRCAP a million times and no problems ever. I've checked all my cords and the front volumes are all good. I haven't used it since the newest firmware update so I hope that isn't some bug. Its just not sending out a test tone now.

Verify that that the preset doesn't contain a FXL Block. And "Copy Out1 > Out2"must be off.

Thanks Yek!! I disabled it before I started but I guess the block has to be completely deleted. I'm back to rolling, I figured it was something easy.
