Input gain per preset

Sorry for the newbie question, but we have different guitars (many of them) used in the show. Some have a hotter output than others. What is the proper way to have the input level on the fractal change preset by preset so it will be correct for each guitar?

Take your hottest guitar and adjust the input level to tickle the red with this guitar. Then raise the input trim of each preset's amp block where you use a guitar with lesser output to your taste. That's it. It's a bit complicated at the moment if you have many presets - therefore it has been long on the wishlist to be able to adjust the overall input level by midi controller.
