How is the FCB1010 programmed to control volume on the AxeFx? Please give us some more details, otherwise, we're pretty much shooting in the dark here.

i get that same thing while using axe-edit.

Is it running out of CPU cycles? Axe-Edit could certainly cause that because USB takes some of the cycles. Try deleting a block, or dropping the Cab to low res, and see if the problem goes away

i get that same thing while using axe-edit.

Check on CPU load and USB connection. If CPU load over 87-90% AND USB connected you can have this kind of pb. Please note that with USB (AE3) connected there is interference while communication is active between the unit and your computer.
