I'm a MIDIOT

I'm trying to figure out MIDI switching between my AM4 and VP4. I know there is a way to switch, for example, presets on the AM4 and VP4 as well as scenes, etc, but I'm a complete MIDIOT. Are there videos, etc, out there that can help me with this? I've read the manual, watched Leon Todd's video to no avail. Is this something like learning the modes and that "AHA" moment?

"to no avail" isn't much of a description of the specific problem you are running into - what are you trying to accomplish?, what's the roadblock?. I don't have AM4/VP4 (Ax3) but I do a lot of midi so maybe I can offer help if I know some detail. Throw us a bone here eh! General advice: start very simple - even if unrelated to your goal, just to get your feed wet, then build up.

Okay, I'm making some headway. I have the units switching presets together. I'm new to MIDI. Hence the title MIDIOT. Sprint, my toes are in the sand, at the waterline.

These Fractal products work with the Faslink? If so, bet that one should be the master and the other one the slave. No midi involved but just setup configs in the editor I am presuming.
Just a thought

Cheers 🍻

Sprint, this MIDI stuff is super cool! Waist deep now! Lol

Also a MIDIOT, and I'm okay with that. I need to pay for a new friend to sit down with my middle-aged-ass self and finally lobotomize my brain into accepting that it's not that hard...

It's not much different than at work, with Excel, which I have always hated but still need to use and learn better.
