Therefore, they will adhere to the position that hacking is a small thing in life, that it is necessary to continue releasing VSTs, no matter what - but it is not a fact that this is necessary and justified.
I don’t think that the guys from Neural DSP, who took away almost all the plugins, left about 3 untouched, they are just happy and have a philosophical attitude towards this. They were lucky in that they were not broken for 4 years, which allowed them to earn money.
I assumed that the story would be similar to Fractal, but everything happened super quickly. You also need to understand that for pirates, Fractal products are a special, tasty morsel due to their name and quality. And they will devote all their resources to hacking it.
In general, I don’t want to talk about ethical issues, but if you pirate, pirate quietly and don’t show up, no one will tell you anything. But to justify piracy in an aggressive manner, even if not in direct words, is a bream in the face for doing that!
