IA Switch States Sticking during Scene Changes

Hi,

Recently updated the Firmware to the latest on my MFC Mk1 and apart from changing all my IA settings I now have the strange phenomina that my IA's do not revert on Scene changes.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? They always used to revert to the Scene programmed state when switching Scenes.
