I update my macbook 2012 to catalina and doesn't recognize my fractal axe fx 2

hey guys i update my macbook pro 2012 to catalina an for some reason my macbook don't recognize my fractal axe fx 2 I've already download every driver I've already checked the usb ports and my cable and everything is fine but doesn't work pleas help me

long shot, but are you sure the usb port is actually working? sometimes after updating it's necessary to reset the SMC, as ports can mysteriously stop functioning. google how to do it for your machine.

I’ve checked the usb ports with a neural quad cortex and worked fine

Did you update the driver to the latest version? There's one for Catalina.
