I need to reset my AX8 ; but i need to save my presets first and then reload them back into
the unit; Does anyone have a resource for this ? Thank you

it is.

click the Receive tab, then Begin, and choose full backup. that is how you back up.

then send those files later in the Send tab.

I perform this backup before each firmware update. It is very easy. Fractalbot is da bomb.
