I lost all the settings of my fc6 with fw28.00

Hello everyone,
I don't know if this is directly related to this new firmware 28 version but since installing it, I lost all the settings of my fc6 (all the settings of my layers and especially all the setlists and songs...).
So this is very weird and annoying and I have a big problem to solve.
Have you had similar problems or ideas to help me find the cause of the problem?

I have a gig tomorrow night... am I doomed? :-( My FC 12 is nerfed. Its not just song lists, but my layouts all disappeared too. I was able to import layouts, but not songs or setlists. Tried reverting to Beta 28.4 but no good. Also, Input has started clipping which wsnt happening previously

For now, you have to downgrade to fw27 and restore your fw27 « system » backup file to recover your system settings , sets list and songs list.
Fas work on the bug but i have no news from them since yesterday.

The answers are provided above...
Do you know why this is happening to some people and not others? I haven't had any problems I'm aware of, and my presets are ok, at least in the obvious sense that some folks are seeing

Is there something we should avoid doing until this is resolved?

Or is the only way to not have stuff like this happen to preemptively roll back the firmware before it does?

Matt said it's triggered by having a setlist with a song in it but several people said it happened to them and they don't have that scenario.

I don't use setlists at all yet and I did not have the issue...

I don't think it occurs after but during the firmware update.

If you don't have the problem you're probably fine.

Well that's cool, good to know, thank you.

More ruckus in this neck o the woods than usual...

The problem was due to a bug in firmware 28.00 that was taken into account by FAS and corrected in the 28.01 update.
Thank you very much to FAS for listening to its customers and being so responsive.
