hi folks ! I would like to know How to activate the send return stereo to use the strymon bigsky to sabe some dsp ? Could you please help me ?

The Send and Return blocks are for routing signals on the FM3's internal layout grid. They're not for connecting external devices.

If you're asking about the Send" and "Return" jacks on the back of your FM3, you use the Out 2 and In 2 blocks.

I used a Source Audio collider in the effects loop very successfully until I realized I didn't really need it after all.

As much as I'm lost without some reverb to hide my lame ass playing, in a live setting reverb essentially is lost CPU Cycles for a block that's turned down so low it's not meaningfully audible or simply bypassed.

Unless you're in a tiny rehearsal space, any live room will have natural acoustics that you're much better off EQ'ing to taste rather than adding more reverb (regardless how good it is). While I would love the idea of pumping out 2,000 watts at a bar gig so the tipsy tone deaf audience that's chatting among itself can really appreciate the nuances of my reverb, its just not a thing.

Does anyone else also NOT turn their reverb off when they solo? Yup, take the mud out thank you very much.

Cautionary tale: the more players and volume, the less reverb the better.

Sounds similar to a question I asked earlier today. Page 37 of the FM3 manual will show you how
With all due respect, saying RTFM isn’t very helpful. I’m sorry if that’s the answer you were given in your question.

OP; add an Output 2 block directly followed by an Input 2 block; that’s your outboard gear send/return. Note; you may have to adjust the physical Output 2 knob and/or the software volume settings to get unity volume.

Don’t confuse this with the built-in Send & Return blocks, as this is more for continuing a chain onto a second row or whatever.
