How to unprotect an Excel file when you forgot the password?

Hi guys,

I got this excel file I build ton of time ago, loaded with too much info and formulas and its protected with a password which obviously I don’t remember and now need to edit it and I relay don't want to start it all over.
Is there any solution for a lost password? Something that lets you bypass it or reveal the password?

I tried this but as soon as I hit F5, the app crashes and stuck on "Not responding"

There are a few password crackers online. Some macros (Visual Basic) but simple to apply. At least I have found some as I needed them, it worked well.

If he could copy it he wouldn't need to remove the password

I can copy / paste it, but it paste without all the formulas and without the hidden cells etc.

Yes, tried it, doesnt work either...

I can open the file without any problems, however since its protected, I can't see formulas or hidden columns / rows and there are many of them….
