How to skip multiple FW updates?!?

Is there a suggested way to get a 'fresh' firmware and presets in the AxeFxII? I've been away since 12, and would like to jump straight to 15. I'm fine with dumping all presets and whatnot, seems like it would be easier to start over for me than to do the amp reset up / down thing.
 
there are going to be new presets for 15 when the full version of 15 comes out. maybe wait for that.

otherwise update to 15 beta and just build a preset from scratch and that preset and sound will be "fresh."
 
I skip FW updates all the time...and I rarely have to do any major re-working of my presets. 90% of the time I don't even reset the Amp block unless something doesn't sound right.
