How to securely share audio recording?

I need to let someone remote listen to a recording (mp3) that is subject to copyright. As such, I don't want to send an attached mp3 (right off the bat, there would be a minium of one copy that I have lost control of). Ideally, I'd like the recipient to be able to listen to the track but not download it. I know, anyone could record the playback while listening, but I figure I'd stop the easy and obvious downloads, and not worry about the rest (if the recipient really wants a copy of it, there's really nothing I can do to stop him).

Does anyone have suggestions for this simple (though admittedly incomplete) secure sharing?

You could feasibly keep the click on the track and/or play it through audiomovers plugin. I do this with remote session/recording clients so they don't have a usable file until they pay the deliverable fee. (I still take a deposit)
