How to get this particular Warren Haynes amp tone?

This is an amp tone I'm struggling to get. I know he uses Soldano (and Diaz) amps, but that hasn't helped me much. I'm not trying to sound like Warren Haynes, mostly I'm trying to create a preset as if I am plugging into his actual amp- as a starting point- if that makes sense. Just the clean part in the 1st 10 seconds.

Kind of a zen question...what is the Warren Haynesiest-sounding amp, when Warren Haynes would sound just like that through any amp?

Yeah, I actually saw Warren and the Mule back around that time at the Gibson Factory in Memphis. George Porter Jr. on bass. For some reason he was playing through a Fender Deluxe Reverb that night. Still sounded like Warren.

roll back ya guitar volume knob from 10 to about 5-6 or even more. than try to dial in a soldano model.

That clean part (live at least) would have been the Diaz amp at that time, bridge pickup rolled back. In the studio for that era Warren was using the SLO, Diaz, CAE OD100 and variety of combo amps. I’ve stood in front of Warren’s amps many times and it’s glorious!
