How to connect a Roland EV-5 to Axe fx ultra

Hi,
I am a newbie and started to work with my fx ultra (latest firmware installed) a few days ago and already run into serveral problems.
I' ve tried to hook up my EV-5 pedal (not modified!) directly to the axe fx ultra and tried to follow the steps written in the manual.
When I press CTRL I can't find PEDAL1 or OUT1VOLUME or anything that looks close to the described.
Does anyone knows how to get this pedal configured as main output volume pedal?

I also use a ground control pro to control the ultra fx (this babe works fine) and I really don't want to modify the ev-5 plug if I don't have to.

Press I/O then navigate to the CTRL page. That's where Out 1 Vol etc. are. Be sure to calibrate the pedal on the PEDAL page too.
