How to add feedback to a patch?

At one point I saw a post on how to add feedback to a patch. I can't seem to find it now, any suggestions on how to do this?

Set the Compressor Type in the Amp block to Gain Enhancer. It's supposed to mimic acoustic feedback between the guitar and cab. Short of that, lots of volume and stand close to the speakers.

Acoustic reinforcement is feedback. It's just not to the point of self oscillation yet. It's like feedback on a delay. When low, it tapers off the repeats. When high, it can go into self oscillation.

Lots of gain haha. Does the trick for me at least (stacked pedals into a somewhat dirty amp).

If you want to go this route, I have a like new (used twice) FreqOut that I'm willing part ways with.

I have a pitch shifter (up an octave) mapped to a XP and it can mimic feedback pretty well for me.
