How many presets does Ax-8 come with...?

I was under the impression that there are 512 .... Mine has 128 (16 banks X 8 presets) the rest are blank except for bank 64... so (like on my Axe FX II) is there a ":B" and "C" bank of ready made presets or are they supposed to be blank as user presets. I've Fractal Botted the preset sysx. twice and I guess that is all there is. Could someone please clue me in ??
