How is the Liquid Footcontroller Pro vs MFC-101

Liquid FootController PRO + RJM RG-16 + BOB8 on a Axe Fx II ?
Are that better than mfc-101 or a worse deal considering the update or sync options?

Whats the positive and negative sides of the both compared?

I have a chance to buy the liquid used here in no mans land...

Better or worse depends on your needs. For me the MFC is great because it's so plug & play with the AxeFx. On the other hand javajunkie is a LF guy (used to use a pro, now has a pair of 12+ units) because he wants more switches than the MFC provides. And then there's solo-act who uses a Gordius LG because it offers random access to presets.

As far as the MFC vs. LF Pro, a lot depends on how you're using it and what you're using it with. If you're just using it to send basic PC/IA/CC messages to your gear, the MFC might better suit you given its tight integration with the AxeFx. I love using Cat 5 connectors instead of MIDI cables. On the other hand, if you need to program the controller to do more than one message per button press, you might find the LF's editor program to be a differentiator.
