How Get EQ Snapshot of Part of Track?

Is there an affordable software that will give an EQ snapshot of a guitar track? I'd like to compare two guitar tracks to try to match the tone I got from come earlier recordings.
 
Izotope Ozone as well as Vonxengo CurveEQ will do this. I personally use Ozone 5, that way I can also create EQ matches to convert to a cab file. The newer Ozone's seem to have taken that function away.
