How does this work with the FXII?

those are IR files. they would load into the Cab block and provide different Cab/Speaker options. they are not Presets.

additionally, you would need Cab-Lab, software sold by Fractal, to convert the files to Axe-Fx II compatible files. well worth it in the long run if you want to experiment with non-Fractal IRs.

you might want to just get the Fractal cab pack that focuses on the Ampeg 4x10 cab: Fractal Audio Systems - Cab Pack 11: ML SV Bass 4x10 - UltraRes - UltraRes

those files are ready to import to the Axe-Fx II. you can see how to do that here: Axe-Manage in Axe-Edit - Axe-Fx II

I don't know your background, but it's pretty well worth running (bass orientated) presets without any cab IR at all. Cabs do of course alter the tone as well, so if you're looking for that Ampeg 8x10 type tone, it's easier to get with a cab IR in there. I find it easier to dial in the tone I'm after without them, personally.
