Wow, thanks for a great hint! I'll check ASAP if I can control the metronome from my MIDI pedalboard. Very useful when working with the Looper block. There is also the visual led light on the Axe's Tempo button to be used for tempo indication while performing.

MIDI CC#122 controls the metronome on/off by default. Send value 0 for off and value 127 for on.

Nah, he's allright. It's not so much for keeping a steady rhythm, but for playing the songs in the right tempo.

Sorry to bring this back to life.. but I just got the Standard for a bit until I can save up another grand to flip it for the II... but is the metronome on the Standard as well? Or did I get boned there?

The metronome is cool. One of the most useful gizmos that no one ever mentions. I bet half of the users don't even know it's there.
