hot swap USB?

Wondering if a hot swap USB will get implemented in the AF3.

I ran into an issue in my DAW playback and had to swap between the RME UFX and the AF3 to determine an audio issue. I am using Cakewalk, but this is not a DAW issue.

The AF3 had to be power recycled every time I unplugged the USB cable to get connectivity back. The RME UFX did not have to be power recycled.

Would be nice to have a hot swap USB option for the AF3 USB driver. If there is a way to do this, I would appreciate any advice.

Hey Conley - what settings do you use? I'm using Sonar Platinum by Cakewalk/BandLab and a Fireface UFX, and under Edit > Preferences > Audio > Devices, FAS ASIO Driver AXE-FX III inputs are all greyed out and non-selectable. Any ideas how to change this?

yeah, you need to remove the UFX - there can only be one "USB device as an interface. If you see both devices, only one can be used - do you have a screen shot?
