I took my first shot at making a movie trailer for my friend's low budget suspense/horror movie "Brutal".
I had one day to learn brand new video editing, software and record the sfx and music on my DAW computer, which I learned is no match for serious video editing.
I used Omnisphere for the spooky stuff and the song's geetars were Axe2 running through a tube amp, cab and mics etc.
I've posted the song here before, but thought some of you might get a kick out of the movie trailer.
WARNING: The movie is rated R and the trailer is not for your 5 year old to watch before bed time.
Here's my noob movie trailer: Brutal Trailer.mov - YouTube
If the movie is a hit, I stand to make tens of dollars.
cheers,
Steve
