Help with wow and flutter

I am trying to get similar tones to strymon el cap/timeline with latest version axefx 2 firmware with no success, all I get is modulation ala chorus.
I suspect LFO's have something to do with getting wow/flutter and a grungy aged tape effect but can't figure it out.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check the settings on preset 114.
