Help! Updated from FW14.00 to Quantum 10 and it doesn't sound right

Hey guys, long time since I posted anything here. So I updated my firmware to Quantum 10 coming from FW14, which was released back in 2014 mind you.

Now everything sounds muffled, like there's a blanket in front of the speaker. Old presets, new presets, even starting from zero it still sounds like that. What am I missing?

Make sure you have Global Amp modeling and Cab modeling enabled.

Every once in a while these seem to get disabled during a firmware update.

For a huge update jump like that, I would think rebuilding your presets is worth considering - so much has changed, some parameters have become obsolete, new ones introduced.

The updated factory presets are on the fractal download pages. I would try loading that preset bank and see how they sound. If those sound right then it's just a matter of learning all the updates from 4-5 years of major firmware changes.
